I found the staff very friendly no matter what time of day it was. I feel that as the birthing partner you could have more available to you. A pillow or lay down area would be perfect. Also not getting a meal was a little poor. I don't mind paying for my own food but it was hard to support my partner as she wanted to wait for me, so left her on her own to yet food.
